2 out of 3 U.S. corporations pay 0 tax: including GE who made 14 billion in profit, cut U.S. jobs by 20% while shipping jobs overseas.
Redistribution of Wealth: In the 1970s, the average CEO took home 40 times more than the average worker. Today, they take home 350 times more!

In regards to the Tea Party in 2010 the NY Times reported that:

"Grass-roots anger is being channeled and exploited by corporate interests... same formula the right has used for a generation... whip up the base; then, when the election is over, give priority to the concerns of corporate donors"
The top of the pyramid got the bottom right to shout about government taking over Big Business, but the OPPOSITE has already happened! Big Biz spent over 3 billion dollars lobbying Congress in '09!
